Dark Abyss
The cave system that serves as the first half of the Underworld is often considered a 'dark abyss' because of the difficulty with which even the most accomplished explorers have in navigating it. The darkness is a tangible force that inhibits any light source that seeks to penetrate its depths, and a person definitely needs to see in order to defend against the hordes of night-sighted gremlins and other creatures. One must be wary of any underground pool or tight-space, for just about anything could be hiding in the dark abyss.

Dream Corridor
Out of the darkness and into a nightmare, the dream corridor represents the true hell of the Underworld. Individuals will enter many an out-of-place forest, city, desert, or even structure, complete with phantoms of the past to manipulate the victim's mind further. Though many have reported wandering endlessly for what feels like days, they claim to have been brought from the brink of starvation and panic by a mysterious little girl with good intentions. The dream corridors themselves were charted many times before it was finally decided their resemblance to a person's past was more than coincidence or glamor. The structures really do seem to change, which makes navigating the Underworld even more dangerous.

Petra Mortis
The central capital of the Underworld (or what is assumed to be the capital.) It is the home of the Lolita and their creator Knott, and is also the center of operations for the population's cult, the Followers of Knott. Petra Mortis is characterized by its golden streets and buildings, which have a dull, darkness to them that has led many to believe it is a false gold. There are establishments and living spaces just like any fully functional city, and there is plenty of activity and noise made by the lively, trickster race that inhabits it. It is not a very 'nice' place, with basically no laws. The only rule seems to be to please oneself, which goes along with the Followers' 'for the good of the self' mantra.

Board Description
Underworld
The Underword is a hellish realm that, at first, seems to be nothing more than an expansive network of tangibly dark caves. However, its enormity is increased twofold by out-of-places areas ripped straight from the memories of the individual daring to explore them. The Underword ends at the what is assumed to be the core, a golden city called Petra Mortis, which is inhabited by Lolita and the creature they follow, Knott.
