Avalice-Skae has opened it's gates in a controversial but refreshing show of unity! The Guadelle United Council has recently added both a Garuda and Lolita chairmember! The treeline of Soil has literally started moving, with the Temari forcing the Council to take action, as the movement of Soil infringes upon the Contract of Conservation.
